- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W911S820R0011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. Contractor shall include all parts, materials and testing equipment necessary to perform required scheduled service, repair, and inspection. See quantity and service requirements listed in Technical Exhibit #1 and 2 of the Statement of Work. Contractor shall include all parts costing $200 or less, materials and testing equipment necessary to perform required scheduled service, repair, and inspection. Parts necessary to bring the equipment back to mission capable status costing $201.00 or more requires a cost estimate to include, but not limited to, labor rate, labor hours, and parts or materials used and shall be sent to the Contracting officer prior to commencing additional work. All repairs costing $201.01 or more shall include all costs other than materials, such as travel time, overhead, equipment, and profit. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http:// www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year.
