- Amendment 00001 The purpose of Amendment 00001 is as follows: CLINs 0015 and 1015 have been added as Training and Support to Schedule B. ILS has been removed from CLINs 0002, 0012, 1002, and 1012 on Schedule B.� All changes to the PWS and Schedule B are highlighted in yellow or have a strikethrough. Please still review both documents completely as there may be additional changes that have not been highlighted. Please see attached IHS PWS FY21 07-24-20 FINAL and 07-24-20 Schedule B. These changes to the schedule B and PWS supersede all other previous documents for SP4703-20-R-0003. All other terms and conditions remain the same. End This requirement is to provide personnel at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation, DLA Troop Support, and DLA Land and Maritime with a subscription to IHS GLobal, Inc's online databases Haystack, Inventory Locator Services (ILS), CAPS Universe, Catalog Xpress, and Standards Expert, as well as training and support services, all as more fully described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The resultant contract will be for a base period of one (1) year commencing on or about September 29, 2020, with one (1), 12-month option period.�
