- See attached solicitation M0068120Q0032 (pay careful attention to 52.212-1 Addendum & 52.212-2 Addendum) Attachment1 - ELIN Pricing Spreadsheet Attachment2 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Attachment3 - Amendment A0001 to Answer Questions The Marine Corps Installations West (MCI-West) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) has a requirement to provide Leasing and Maintenance Services for Parts Washers and Spray Paint Gun Cleaners, located on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. The estimated period of performance is (base plus four years, with a 6-month option to extend): Base Year: 22 SEP 2020 to 21 SEP 2021 Option 1: 22 SEP 2021 to 21 SEP 2022 Option 2: 22 SEP 2022 to 21 SEP 2023 Option 3: 22 SEP 2023 to 21 SEP 2024 Option 4: 22 SEP 2024 to 21 SEP 2025 The anticipated procurement will be a single award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) service contract with firm-fixed price (FFP) task orders to provide for commercial leasing and maintenance of parts washers and spray paint gun cleaners. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via beta.SAM (www.beta.SAM.gov) on or around 15 July 2020. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be full and open. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The size standard is $35M. The Product Service Code (PSC) or Federal Supply Code (FSC). The PSC/FSC for this requirement is W068 � Lease or Rental of Equipment � Chemicals and Chemical Products. The Government intends to solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote to the Government. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at https://beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
