- Amendment 3 posted on 24 JUL 2020 to correct a typo to the Section L&M labor matrix for Option 1 from 230 hours to 320 hours. Amendment 2 posted on 23 JUL 2020 is to extend the close date from 24 JUL 2020 to 27 JUL 2020 to accommodate for changes to Attachment 2 Section L&M, inclusion of Attachment 5 Wage Determinations, and Questions and Answers document. Amendment 1 posted on 15 JUL 2020 was to incorporate attachments 3 GFP and 4 DD254. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8493. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a Firm Fixed Price requirement in accordance with Attachment #1 Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachment #2 Section L&M for the following Administrative Services: Line Item #�- 0001 Description - Administrative Services Quantity - 1�Job Period of Performance - 1 AUG 2020-31 JUL 2021 Line Item # - 0002 Option 1 Description - Administrative Services Quantity - 1�Job Period of Performance - 1 AUG 2021-30 SEPT 2021 Please see additional details in Attachment 3 GFP List and Attachment 4 DD254. This procurement is solicited as an 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561110; the Small Business Size Standard is $8M. Wage Determination 2015-4342�REV 14�applies to this procurement. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Clauses FAR 52.209-11, Representation by corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.204-7009 Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Third-Party Contractor Reported Cyber Incident Information apply to this solicitation. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. A Section 508 exception applies: Item or service is located in spaces frequented only by service personnel for maintenance, repair or occasional monitoring of equipment per FAR 39.204(d). The required period of performance is listed in the table above; F.O.B. Destination is Norfolk, VA. The Government�s preferred method of payment is Electronic Payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be used. Please confirm if Government Purchase Card is an acceptable form of payment within the quotation.
