Description: The US Forest Service intends to issue a new RFP for Water Scooper Services this fiscal year and would like to provide a draft version of the RFP for industry comment. The specifications have recently been updated from the previous RFP. This draft is a work in progress with multiple areas needing information (marked with TBD) and and update of clauses (IDIQ, etc.) and provisions.� Please provide any comments or feedback on the draft by Aug 6, 2020 (4PM Mountain). Edit: Update copy of the Draft RFP to remove errors.
