Description

Construction Contract for project TUMR202110 Repair Bldg. 104 Office and Shops Area at 156 Wing, Muniz Air National Guard base, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Work w ill be performed in accordance to draw ings, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited pursuant to FAR 14 as an Invitation for Bid. Performance w ill be in the geographical area of Carolina, Puerto Rico. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. Persons intending on submitting a BID should attend the Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.
