- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Boiler Life Expectancy Survey Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery Alabama, requires the inspection of the Boiler systems to determine the life expectancy. The services will be required before the end of August 2020. This solicitation will be a 100% VOSB set-aside for NAICS code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The offeror must be VIP-Verified and registered at sam.gov to be eligible for award. This contract shall comply with current Department of Labor wage determinations. No additional information is available at this time. The solicitation will be post on www.beta.sam.gov on or about July 23, 2020.
