Description: The Contractor shall provide commercial internet service to selected areas at Offutt AFB, NE.� Internet speeds required: a. Alert Facility (Building 524)- Speeds shall not be lower than 1 Gbps download and 35 Mbps upload. b. Dormitories (Buildings 364, 365, 367, and 369)- Speeds shall not be lower than 8 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
