- SOURCES SOUGHT:� THIS IS ONLY A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUCEMENT.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.� In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for HUBZone Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB), 8(a) certified Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business or EDWOSB concerns and/or Small Business concerns for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide professional architect and engineering services to support the CG civil engineering program.� Projects will include a variety of assignments primarily in the CG District One Area of Responsibility (New England states, northern NJ, eastern NY).� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $15 million. The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking Interested Vendors with successful past performance, current relevant experience, personnel, equipment, capacity and capability to do work which will consist of, but will not be limited to: (1) Architectural or engineering studies including development and recommendation of cost effective alternatives, asbestos, lead and other hazmat surveys, utility surveys, technical documents, project proposals, surveying, interior design and space configuration analysis, commissioning and other similar items; (2) Preparation of competitive bid construction contract documents including design analysis and development, cost estimates, permitting, drawings and specifications involving architectural, civil, environmental, structural, mechanical and electrical design for a wide variety of facilities, including industrial, residential, and commercial/institutional buildings (includes educational and historic), waterfront structures and utility lines; (3) Construction inspection services, construction administrative services, including review of contractor submittals, preparation of as-built record drawings, and related services. In accordance with FAR Part 19, if your firm is one of the above small business concerns and intends to submit an SF-330 on this acquisition, please respond by email to Sean.E.Waldron@uscg.mil with �Sources Sought for Solicitation 70Z0G120S-D1AEIDIQ � in the subject line or by fax to (401) 736-1704.�� Your response should include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit an SF-330 for the solicitation as a prime contractor -- this statement should address your in-house capabilities, as the Coast Guard would prefer firms with organic/in-house capabilities; (b) a statement identifying your certified small business designation; (c) evidence of Professional qualifications to perform the services envisioned for this contract and a past record of successful performance on AE design projects. �Please limit your response to 10 pages, double sided.� Your response is required no later than 14 August 2020.� All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on an applicable set-aside.
