Description: Procurement for an ECTOCRYP Black for the Life replacement for the current Channel Encryption Unit (CEU). The Current CEU is obsolete, out of warranty and end of life. The CEU provides secure voice encryption and serves as a communication bridge for the DRSN system to securely to other secure phone systems. ECTOCRYP Black is a high capacity programmable, secure, voice encryption device that can protect voice communications up to and including Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
