- Erosion Controls of MATES Facility Grounds located at BLDG. P-4900 Main Tank Road Fort Drum, NY 13602-5036 Contractor should not contact the Buyer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 14 days after issuance of this notice.� ONLY once the Invitation for Bid (IFB) is approved by internal review will it be posted to www.beta.sam.gov. The USPFO-NY intends to issue an IFB to award one firm fixed priced contract for the Construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to complete the Erosion Controls of MATES Facility Grounds located at BLDG. P-4900 Main Tank Road Fort Drum, NY 13602-5036�per the Statement of Work (SOW).� This project is being solicited pursuant to FAR 36.213-3 Invitation for Bid (IFB) procedures. The magnitude of the total project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Set Aside: 100 % Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . It is anticipated contract duration is 45 days after Notice to Proceed.� Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52-219-14 (b)(4) Limitations on Subcontracting which states: �By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 Percent of the cost of the contract, no including the cost of the materials, with its own employees�.� The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 8 Aug 2020. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities on Beta.Sam (Formerly FBO) website on-line at www.beta.sam.gov. Contract Opportunities on Beta.Sam is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with Contract Opportunities on Beta.Sam before accessing the system. DISCLAIMER: The Government is not liable for information furnished by any other source. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to www.beta.sam.gov �for electronic downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All answers will be provided in writing via posting to the web. Bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price or $250,000 whichever is less. Performance & payment bonds must equal 100% of the original contract price.
