Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) Project Title: Correct Mental Health Deficiencies 6B Second Floor, Project 518-18-001 (Project 1), and FCA Outpatient Mental Health Renovation Building 6, Project 518-18-035 (Project 2) Project Numbers: 518-18-001 (Project 1) & 518-18-035 (Project 2) Project Location: Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Rd. Bedford, MA 01730 Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision necessary� to complete construction as described herein and defined by this Request for Proposal (RFP), in accordance with the terms and conditions, drawings and specifications, and applicable attachments, including the Wage Rates, as incorporated herein. The Technical Representative is Michael Sanford, the Administrative Contracting Officer is Richard Coutermarsh. The NAICS code is 236220 - Small business size standard is $39.5 Million. Magnitude of Construction: The estimated value is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses in accordance with Public Law 109-461 38 USC 8127 and 8128. To be eligible for award of a contract, the SDVOSB must be listed as verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) and VetBiz at the time of proposal submission and at time of award. A formal site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2020 at 9:00AM. Only one site visit will be conducted. Proposals are du3 by 09-04-2020 at 12:00 PM.
