Description

NASA/JSC/WSTF plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Test Evaluation and Support Team 3 Contract (TEST3). This is the follow-on competition to the contract requirements for the current TEST2 Contract, NNJ16HW06C. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 and 1,250 employees, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about July 31, 2020 with an anticipated offer due date on or about September 07, 2020. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The TEST3 Pre-Proposal Conference is tentatively scheduled on or about August 5, 2020. �The Pre-Proposal Conference Notice will be posted on the TEST3 website at https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/test3/, including directions on how to RSVP. �The Technical Resource Library can be found at the following site address: https://beta.sam.gov/opp/ea9ca18ec61b486c9154ca9db7cf33f7/view. All updates including the schedule can be viewed on the TEST3 Procurement website located at https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/test3/.� The data contained in the TEST3 Procurement website is constantly being updated.� Please check the website periodically for updates. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
