Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements - Con-Agg of Mo LLC, 2604 N Stadium Blvd, Columbia, MO 65202. Con-Agg of MO LLC will provide secured, climate controlled, underground storage of overflow OI&T equipment with controlled physical access within 10 miles of the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (Columbia VAMC). The type of equipment to be stored includes magnetic media, semiconductor hardware components, printers, printer accessories, monitors, phones, and miscellaneous information technology parts. There is a total of 24 pallets of OI&T equipment that need to be stored. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The place of performance is for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (Columbia VAMC). The Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital is located at 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201-5272. The NAICS code is 493110 with a size standard of $30.0 Million. The announcement number is 36C25520Q0621. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base year plus four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT July 27, 2020 at 4:30 PM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to announcement 36C25520Q0621 Notice of Intent. If after July 27, 2020 no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with Con-Agg of MO LLC. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
