- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO15) intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the following : *** PDi 16 Healthcare Grade Television *** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a size Standard of 750 Employees. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Solicitation. This is a brand specific Solicitation with supporting J & A attached. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about 22 July 2020. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be 31 July 2020 at 2:00pm Central Time (CT). RFQ responses shall be submitted via email to Jeffrey.douglas1@va.gov and contain in the subject line RFQ : 36C25520Q596 Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 24 June 2020 at 2:00pm CT. All amendments, other information pertaining to this RFQ, and answers to any submitted questions will be posted on Beta Sam website at https://beta.sam.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
