Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 � Streamlined Procedures for evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and supplemental information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.��� This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The Government reserves the right to award without discussions; however the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334220, with the size standard of 1,250 employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 5826. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the procurement and installation of Voice over Internet Protocol Simulated Communications (VoIP VHF Radios). This system will be installed in rooms 120, 128, and 221 in bldg. 544. The requirement is for 74 VoIP VHF DSC radios, 74 Push-to-talk assemblies, 400 Headsets, 12 computers, 12 VoIP Communication Software, 10 Cat5e cable @1000ft, 3 Local Network Server, 3 Network Switch, 10 Cable management supplies, installation, training support, shipping, and one year warranty/maintenance.
