- This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to award a contract to Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems, Inc. of Austin, Texas, for hardware upgrade kits, software licenses and software maintenance for the Joint Staff, J7 Directorate, Joint Interoperability Division.� The requirement consists of the following items:� 1) CLIN 0001, 4U ADSI Cyber Tech RefreshTPM 2.0 Hardware Upgrade Kits, to include: CPU 6 CORE XEON E-2176M 16GB DRAM TPM2.0 P#PPB76/041-14-020- RTM WITH J4 CONNECTOR FOR PP B76 CPU P# AD PP5/013-04- DRIVE SOLID STATE 500GB 2.5"" 3D NAND WD M# WDS500G2B0A- KVM Switch DVI-D, M# KV2004A; Part #CPCI-4U-CTR-ADSI, 8 Each 2) CLIN 0002, TacViewC2 Real-Time Tactical Display (25-249 Seats) Software Licenses; Part #TVC2, 12 Each 3) CLIN 0003, Software Updates - Covers up to five TacViewC2 baseline updates annually. Additional TacViewC2 MaintenanceTacViewC2 Real-Time Tactical Display (1-4 Seats); Part # MAINT-TIER-VIII, 12 Each. For this requirement, the Federal Supply Code is 5895 and the North American Industry Classification System�code is 334111.� While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which the Government will consider.� Vendors that believe they can provide the capabilities required to meet fully the agency's requirement may submit information in writing to anita.spriggs@navy.mil, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 07/27/2020.
