Description

This notice of intent is not a request for quotes and no solicitation is available. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA hereby gives a notice of intent to award this acquisition as a sole source award to REDCOM Laboratories, Inc., 1 Redcom Centre, Victor, NY, 14564 for the purchase of REDCOM Bundle; Component Package, Custom Configured for this a Application, Upgrade HDX systems to V4.0A r5p3. This upgrade includes HDX Upgrade; Software Upgrade, REDCOM High Density Exchange, and associated interface cards. The government intends to execute a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract.� If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before Monday, 27 July 2020, at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). If no responses are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to REDCOM Laboratories, Inc.
