- Page 1 of Page 2 of 2 Page 1 of The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain service and maintenance for the Direct Digital Controls system. Period of performance: 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 Basic description of the requirement: Innovative Controls Group, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and developer of the Distech Controls ATC (Automatic Temp Control) systems, TAC Building Control system and OPIX front end, and is the sole authorized provider of maintenance and support. Innovative Controls Group, LLC will provide a full service agreement to include: authorized/trained technician (on-site three days per week - 8 hours each day), OEM parts, travel, labor, 24/7 telephone and remote diagnostic support, programming, diagnostic calibration, trending, updates to the hardware and software in place as required, preventative maintenance and as needed repairs. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by July 28, 2020 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Direct Digital-Lyons in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned.
