Description

SUBMERGED ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE STABILIZATION AT BISCAYNE NATIONAL PARK The Department of the Interior-National Park Service (NPS), Southeast Region intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a firm fixed price contract for the replacement of the Submerged Archeological Site Stabilization at Biscayne National Park. The location of the project is: Street Address: Biscayne National Park, 9700 SW 328th Street, Sir Lancelot Jones Way, Homestead, FL 33033 The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for replacement of Submerged Archeological Site Stabilization at Biscayne National Park. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5420R0035. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the firm that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. This requirement is in accordance with FAR 13.501 and the Statement of Work. NAICS Code: 238990, with a size standard of $16.5 million. YOUR SAM RECORD MUST REFLECT THAT YOUR COMPANY OPERATES UNDER NAICS CODE 238990. The solicitation including all RFQ documents will be only be posted to the website, www.beta.sam.gov, on 16 July 2020, if you have any registration questions please call their help desk at (800) 899-6665. This solicitation (and any amendments) will be issued electronically only; no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from one of the above sites. Therefore it is the contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the SAM-System for Award Management in order to receive contract awards.
