- REQUEST FOR QUOTE N66604-20-Q-8327 PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a Request for Quotation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR 8.405-6(b)(3) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8327. �� �The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (""NUWCDIVNPT"") is seeking a Firm Fixed� Price (""FFP"") quote for the following Commercial subscriptions, on a Sole Source basis from IHS Global, Inc. (CAGE 6A920): CLIN# Description Users Locations 0001 Base Year EWB Platform SW Sub Site Licenses 999 2 Product Design/Deposit Account Replenish 1 2 0002 Option #1 EWB Platform SW Sub Site Licenses 999 2 Product Design/Deposit Account Replenish 1 2 0003 Option #2 EWB Platform SW Sub Site Licenses 999 2 Product Design/Deposit Account Replenish 1 2 0004 Option #3 EWB Platform SW Sub Site Licenses 999 2 Product Design/Deposit Account Replenish 1 2 0005 Option #4 EWB Platform SW Sub Site Licenses 999 2 Product Design/Deposit Account Replenish 1 2 The required Period of Performance is one (1) year, with four (4) one-year option periods. This is a firm fixed price (FFP) requirement. Quotations shall include ALL costs (including shipping and options) in the total price. IHS Global, Inc. is the only known source who can meet the Government�s requirement; see attached Sole Source Justification. � This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted under North American Industry Classification System(""NAICS"") Code 519190 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs(OSBP).""
