Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."" This is for planning purposes only. The 377 MSG Contracting Division intends to make an award to NCS Pearson, Inc. 5601 Green Valley Dr Ste 220, Bloomington, MN, 55437-1186. INSTRUCTIONS: All businesses capable of providing Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 Restructured Form (MMPI-2-RF) are invited to respond electronically. Interested parties may e-mail michael.spurlock@us.af.mil and kim.sosinski@us.af.mil, no later than the date posted above. All responsible parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Documentation submitted will not exceed five (5) pages and will be submitted electronically to the cognizant contracting office listed in the paragraph above. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, and �indicate business size (small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, or HUBZone), NAICS code, which is anticipated to be 511210: Software Publishers. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. Small business respondents should provide a statement of capabilities to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision.
