Description

This is Modification 1 to the Presolicitation (Original) Notice for the Facilities Contract Solicitation No. 80JSC020R0034, which was posted on�June 15, 2020. NASA/JSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) 80JSC020R0034 for the Facilities Contract. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561210 � Facilities Support Services and $41.50M average annual receipts, respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about Thursday, July 30, 2020. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.� These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.� The web link to the Facilities Contract website is https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/fac/.
