The Battle Creek VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase an ultrasonic cleaning and irrigating system. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: QTY (1) Sonic Irrigator, including warranty details Installation of the sonic irrigator De-installation and Disposal of the current Steris Innowave Sonic Irrigator Shipping Characteristics Designed to thoroughly remove tissue, blood and other contaminants Able to process non-lumen devices Able to process lumen devices Removed exterior soils from crevices and irregular surfaces Dislodges and flushes soils Consistent cleaning results Display and control panel providing visible time and water temperature for cycle monitoring Adjustable cleaning control Downloadable duration time, date, temperature cycle output Meets applicable standards such as: UL/IEC 61010-1:2015 IEC 61010-2-040:2015 CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 61010-1-12:2015 ISO 14971:2012; ISO 16142-1:2016 ISO 15883-1:2009+A1:2014 BS EN 62304:2006+A1:2015 CFR 47 FCC Part 15 Subpart B, Class A: 2016 ANSI C63.4:2014 CISPR 11:2015+AMD1:2016 CSV All necessary accessories for complete installation and operation (Baskets, Tubing, Anchoring Kits, Instrument Organizer) 208V 3P = PE 60Hz Approximately 15 Gallon Size Delivery shall be provided no later than 30 days after receipt of order/award of contract.
