- USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation & Soils Research Lab, 3793 N 3600E, Kimberly, ID 83341. This announcement is a total 100% set-aside for Small Business. The USDA is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision necessary to accomplish, the work as provided in the Specifications, and Drawings. This project contains Items as listed below: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLIN 01: BASE: UPGRADE HVAC SYSTEM OF ANNEX, BLDG. 2 HVAC upgrade for the Annex at Building 2. Provide replacements units systems for existing units 1, 2 and 3. (refer to attached project drawings and specifications) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLIN 02: OPTION 1: UPGRADE ENTRANCES AND VESTIBULES, BLDG. 1 Subject to 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Provide demolition of existing entry vestibules on the east and west sides of the Building 1. Provide new entry vestibules. (refer to attached project drawings and specifications) *CLIN 002: Option 1 is subject to availability of funds. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Completion Time: 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All employees of general contractor or subcontractors on site shall have the 10-hour OSHA certified Construction Safety course.
