Description
The New York Army National Guard requires lodging within��a 25 mile proximity of�the following locations and dates: Location: within 25 miles of� 201 Schaefer Drive, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 Dates: 20 July 2020- 27 July 2020 ,� Rooms per night, 13� Dates: 31 July 2020- 3 August 2020, Rooms per night, 13 Location: within 25 miles of� 330 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110 Dates: 19 July 2020 - 27 July 2020, rooms per night 5 Dates: 31 July 2020- 3 August 2020, rooms per night 5 This requirement is a small business set-aside and lodging quality/cleanliness must be above a 3.5 stars on basic travel review searches.� If it is determined necessary, the government may inspect lodging prior to award to ensure cleanliness and standard quality standards are acceptable. A finalized roster with specific dates and room requirements per Soldier will be provided after contract award.� The government may award this requirement in two separate contracts if it determined in the government's best interest. Vendors must be registered in www.beta.sam.gov at the time of award.�� In order to be evaluated for an award, the following information must be provided: Hotel name and locations # Rooms available for all nights required� This requirement will be offered to the vendor with the lowest price that meets the basic specifications and can provide requirement that meets basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall quality.
