Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a size standard of $32.5M. Standard room amenities IAW industry standards include: Wi-Fi Access at no additional charge In room TV In room bathroom; toilet, vanity w/sink, and tub/shower with towels Trashcan Desk or Table and chair Any additional pay-per-use amenities will be at the cost of the occupant (room service, pay per view movies, etc.).
