- Changes as of 15 Jul 2020. 1.� This requirement is now being published as unrestricted. 2.� Closing date have been extended to 23 July 2020 Purchase and installation of a Watlow F4T controller module to replace the old controller for the Envirotronics Environmental Chamber model EH64-2-5-64, SN 5514 in building E3612. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.� The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor.� The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer.� The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
