Description

The Contractor shall provide Elevator and Dumbwaiter Maintenance and Inspection services at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC).� The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment and such other professional competence normally furnished to provide Elevator/Dumbwaiter Testing and Maintenance services to meet the manufacturer�s specification at Phoenix Indian Medical Center, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The service shall provide annual preventive maintenance services (PMs), calibrations, repairs, replace parts, vandalism, labor and travel, 24 hours /7 days a week (full service) coverage shall include regular service (business hours from 8:00 A.M., to 4:30 P.M.), and emergency/after-hours calls from 4:30 P.M., to 8:00 A.M (full service) and holidays.
