Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to operate and maintain the TrapWire system.� Specifically, the contractor (TrapWire Inc.) shall install and activate the TrapWire threat detection and analysis system on all necessary computers to include the building of site maps, the customization of threat algorithms and user permissions.� Additionally, the contractor shall distribute user names and passwords to 25 approved licensed personnel.� Finally, the contractor shall be responsible for training, building a customized community reporting portal, mobile applications and customer support.�
