THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY and a SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This notice 1002579NPIADC is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated with this request for capability information. The USDA NEA PLUM ISLAND ANIMAL DISEASE CENTER located in Orient Point, NY has a need/requirement for SONY CELL SORTER S/N: SH800SHP/0309013 System Maintenance Service Agreement For 1 year period. The details follow: Cell sorter to perform fluorescence activated live cell separation establishing the distribution of cellular properties within a large number of cells. The North East Area (NEA) is issuing this Sources Sought request as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide the aforementioned products/service. The result of this market research will contribute to determining whether there are adequate sources available from which to receive competitive proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance . For a company to qualify as a small business, the small business $22.0 million. Submission Instructions: Interested parties, who consider themselves qualified to provide the product/service as detailed are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 9:00 AM (DST) July 17, 2020.
