Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is hereby soliciting quotes for the consideration of a purchase order award from interested offerors for a quantity of 108 (EA) 20� Display Daisy. �NSN 7025-01-589-0848 P/N 2929AB. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CHANGE IN QUANTITY SINCE THE PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. An award for this requirement is anticipated to be made to the offeror with the lowest priced quote received on or before the aforementioned due date that can be determined fully responsive and responsible (see below for definitions). The anticipated award date for this requirement is on or before 24 July 2020. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this effort is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The FAA reserves the right to cancel this requirement at any time and without notice to offerors. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, FAA QUOTE FORMAT REQUIRED) OFFEROR RESPONSIVENESS A responsive offeror is defined for this solicitation as fully responding to this announcement by submission of the completed RFQ document attached. To be considered fully responsive, an offeror must submit a copy of the attached solicitation document with the following items filled in: Page 1, Block 16a. (Offeror�s company Name, Address, CAGE Code) Page 1, Blocks 28a, 28b, and 28c. Page 2, Column (E): Unit Price ��� Page 2, Column (F): Amount Page 9, 3.6.4-22(c): Check Appropriate Box Page 12, 3.6.4-18: Check Appropriate Box OFFEROR RESPONSIBILITY A responsible offeror is defined as having a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), and has no active exclusions. Offerors who are not currently registered in SAM or found to have active exclusions will not be eligible for a purchase order award and will not be considered. All responses to this solicitation for quotes must be received by email on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 4:00 PM, (Central).
