Description
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if this effort can be successfully competed as a 100% small set-aside for Small Businesses. �The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing/1,000 employees. �The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. �The Government is interested in all large and small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. �The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide the following; CARTO Replay Module, CARTO Ripple Mapping and a VISITAG Surpoint Module Kit for the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas.� Salient characteristics are listed below: a. rapid acquisition of mapping points based on physician standards, including capability to: i. �continuously acquire Multi-Electrode-Mapping (MEM) points �� ii.� indicate tissue proximity for MEM-enabled catheters iii. Provide advanced electrogram annotation algorithms iv. Provide advanced map integrity algorithms b. detailed electrogram recording and review for the duration of each case, with ability to: i. add points from any time in the case to a map ii.�review catheter placement for any acquired point ii. edit maps with data from review tools c. Allow visualization of electromagnetic system maps with fluoroscopic images (obtained from angiography system) in one integrated view. d. Provide simultaneous dynamic display of voltage and tissue activation (for better understanding of arrhythmia mechanisms).� e. Integrate with existing government systems: angiography system (e.g., Philips Azurion); monitoring system (EPworkmate, Abbott Laboratories /St. Jude Medical); intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), Vivd-Q (GE Healthcare).�� f. Run all application software on an operating system allowable on Army/DOD networks; e.g., Microsoft Windows10 (Windows 7 if exemption granted). This is not a solicitation.
