Description
The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Ft. Carson Health Contracting Cell, Fort Carson, CO. is issuing this sources sought synopsis on behalf of Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH). This sources sought is issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in the resources to support this requirement for a 3D Arterial Spin Labeling. The following products require maintenance: Primary use: MRI cases of: a) Alzheimer disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment; Frontotemporal lobar dementia, lewy body dementia, and vascular dementia, b) Cerebrovascular disease, c) Arteriovenous malformation and fistula, d) Epilepsy, e) Neoplasms, and f) Psychiatric and other neurologic disorders. � Compatible with 1.5T and 3.0T MRI systems with 16 or more channels. � Uses water in arterial blood that is magnetically �labeled� using radiofrequency (RF) pulses as an endogenous MRI contrast to help visualize tissue perfusion and provide quantitative assessment of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in ml/100 g/min � Generates high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and reduces specific absorption ratio (SAR) � Quantitative CBF maps can be generated and stored in DICOM format � Isotropic 3D volume data can be reformatted to axial, sagittal, coronal or oblique planes. � Visualize and quantify whole brain perfusion for a wide range of patients � The whole-brain acquisition typically takes only four to five minutes and requires minimal user interaction. � Shipping included � 1 Day onsite Training � 90-day Warranty � Compatiable with GE equipment The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing.
