Description

�Articulating Lifts at lock 4 Dewatering The articulating boom shall have a minimum platform height of 60� and a minimum horizontal reach of 36�.� The platform shall be 8� wide and shall be capable of lifting up to 500 lbs. It shall be four wheel drive, shall have an engine block heater, a diesel engine and have a minimum of a 2500 watt generator package with outlets to the platform. Quantity of articulating lifts to be delivered is 2. The contractor shall quote a weekly rate for the articulating lift and include the cost for transportation of the articulating lift to and from the jobsite, on- and off-loading, as well as all required routine maintenance which would need to be performed during the rental period shall be included in the rental rate. Vendor shall provide the customer service needed to support this equipment in the event of a breakdown during the contracted rental period. A service technician shall be available within three hours of notification of a breakdown or malfunction. All repairs shall be of no additional cost to the government.� If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, or the equipment will be out of service for more than 24-hours of being notified by the Government of an equipment breakdown, the vendor shall replace the nonfunctioning equipment with an equivalent or better at no additional cost to the government. The articulating lifts shall be less than 2 years old at the start of the job.
