Description

The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance on Engine Test Cells #5, #6, #9, and #10. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Schneider Electric Systems USA Inc, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) since this firm holds all proprietary data and drawings. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 July 2020 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of� 24 August 2020. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.
