SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE- The following solicitation is being advertised as a Small Business Set Aside. Only quotes from certified small business contractors/ vendors qualified to calibrate/ repair truck�. DLA Disposition Services is soliciting quotes for the Repair and Calibration�of a Ricelake WI-1217GTN Truck Scale located at 241 Arkansas Ave, Holloman, NM 88330. THE TRUCK SCALE SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION BY ALL INTERESTED PARTIES BY COORDINATION WITH: Mr. Bill Getchell william.getchell@dla.mil cell: (575) 430-4913 *-Please make�inspection arrangements with Mr. Getchell. 2. EVALUATION OF QUOTE RESPONSES- Quotes evaluated using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Only quotes from companies who physically inspect the equipment will be considered. 3. QUOTE PACKAGE- All quotes shall include: a. Company Name b. CAGE code c. DUNS number d. Company Point of Contact (Name, phone, email) e. Total Estimated Price for Repair �With detailed break out of prices for:�Hourly Labor Rate ($), Estimated Hours, Parts required ($), and Travel Costs (if any). f.
