Description: This is a non-personnel services contract to perform the removal and disposal of 10K gallons of E85 off-spec fuel and perform an above-ground storage tank (AST) Inspection on tank 305. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
