Description

Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Sebia Inc. for the�� Maintenance and Repair Services�on the Sebia Electrophoresis Capillary System�at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX, �Department of Pathology. This is a follow-on service requirement using Government-Owned Equipment by Sebia, Inc. which has proprietary rights as the OEM for maintenance and services. The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1 Jan 2021 - 31 Dec 2021 plus two option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 811219 is $22M. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0172 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
