AMENDMENT 5 Revise the following document as follows: Attachment L10, Revised FFP Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate Table dated 10 July 2020 corrects formulas in Tabs: ""TAB A - TEP"" line 27 and ""TAB B - TEP"" line 28.������ AMENDMENT 4 The following attachments are included: Attachment L3_Q&A, Revised Section L, L2, L5, L9, L10, and L11. See SF30 FA890320R00030004 Summary of Changes. Attachment L13 is added.� BETA.SAM does not support the file type. Contact the CO/CS via email to request a copy. SF 30 Amendments 0001-0004 and conformed solicitation FA890320R0003 v4. AMENDMENT 3 Section L and SF33 block 9 change to proposal due date /time to 8 JULY 2020 @ 2PM CST.� Q&As will be provided under a forthcoming amendment. AMENDMENT 2 Section L, page 17 of 41, paragraph 2.1.3 added date and time for question submittal. AMENDMENT 1 SF33, block 5 added date issued: 05 May 2020 Section L, Attachment L6�converted to pdf and Contracting Officer signature added. Both attachments uploaded under this amendment.
