Description

Posted 09 July 2020 -- Synopsis -- W52P1J-20-R-5011 JMTC office renovation RIA is soliciting a design/build project to construct 2800 square feet (SF) of new office space within Building (BLDG) 220. Construction includes, but is not limited to the following: insulated metal stud walls with drywall both sides, hollow metal doors, hollow metal borrowed lites, insulation infill of web type structural members, concrete cleaning, concrete repairs, suspended acoustical ceilings, electric lighting, new dedicated HVAC system with controls, modification of existing fire sprinklers, modification of existing fire alarm, modification of existing electrical systems, and new communication lines. IAW FAR 36.204(e), the magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance and Payments Bonds are required for this project. This is expected to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The NAICS code for this project is expected to be 236220.. **Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work.
