- Can you kindly provide a quote in my name, current date and offer BSA any discounts available for your best price.�� Freight to be included.� Items to be quoted or its Equivalent: (1ea)� Eleet Cryogenics Inc.�Rehabbed Bulk LN2 Storage Tank or its Equivalent Item Number 1500-160233 (1500g, 125psi, National Board #1040, Serial Number 1017) 1,500g, 125psi, fully rehabbed to like new condition, set up for liquid withdrawal, with vent to atmosphere backpressure regulator, low pressure springs, one year vacuum warranty. Includes ASME certification (noted on the data plate) and registered with the National Board.� (1ea)�General Arrangement Drawing (Drawing to be submitted and approved by BSA.) Please also return the following along with your quote: ���������AMS-Form-009 - Representations and Certifications � Procurement Specific.� Due to the value of this contract, DOE requires Business Representations and Certifications be completed for all procurements exceeding $10,000.� Please reference Solicitation Number 384348 on the form and all correspondence.� Please complete and return all nine (9) pages of the document. ���������Published Price list showing the items on your quote for price justification or a prior customers invoice for the same/similar items (personal info whited out).� � � � � � System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U.
