Description

The U.S General Services Administration requires elevator operation and maintenance services, to include preventive maintenance, emergency and non-emergency service calls, testing, and repairs, at federal buildings throughout Region 1 for elevators, escalators wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters. These services (collectively the�""Elevator Program"") are split into three seperate solicitations�as follows;� The North Group consists of all elevators in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. The Boston Group consists of four buildings located in Boston, MA. The South Group consists of Massachusetts (excluding Boston), Rhode Island, and Connecticut.� This solicitation 47PB0020Q0002 is for the South Group.� The government anticipates that the Solicitations for the North Group (47PB0020Q0010) and Boston Group (47PB0020Q0012) will be posted not later than�7/31/2020.�
