Description
PURPOSE: Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), MCB Quantico, VA is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in support of market research efforts to identify video telematic solutions (VTS) and VTS contractors to support MCRC�s fleet of vehicles.� MCRC is interested in the latest technology in the commercial marketplace that maximizes the safety of its Marines and provides the best value.� SCOPE: MCRC has fleet of over 3600 vehicles at different localities throughout the United States. These vehicles are leased through the General Services Administration (GSA).� At a minimum, the VTS must provide MCRC the following capabilities: 1.�Must capture data during vehicle operation and video during defined instances (speeding, accident, etc). 2.�The contractor must have the capability to analyze captured data and video, monitor driver behavior, and provide feedback through an online accessible application. 3. Allow the input of driver specific information and tracking. 4.�Virtual Training. 5.�Installation and Maintenance of VTS.� a.�To include but not limited to and the installing, updating (if required), and maintaining (repair or replace) the equipment.� b.Technical support must include also both online and telephonic support. c.�Installation of the VTS must be Tamper Proof and cannot use the vehicle OBD reader.
