- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport N66604-20-Q-8378 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8378. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the sole source purchase of TI14 Ship Set Media Solid State Drives (SSDs) from Memkor, Inc of Phoenix, Arizona.� The required hardware is part of the AN/BYG-1 (V)8 Combat System and Memkor, Inc.�s proprietary Solid State Drive (SSD) is to assembled baseline specifications, which were approved under a previous Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport (NUWCKPT) contract.� There are is no approved alternative hardware for this requirement.� This procurement is intended as a sole source requirement and will be solicited on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334112.� The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� CLIN: 0001 Manufacturer: Memkor, Inc. Manufacturer Part Number: MKD25ST064CO-850C Description/Specifications: 2.5� SATA ORANGE Series SSD, SLC NAND, Static/dynamic wear leveling, SMART 0-70 degrees C Operating Temp. w/HW Write Protect, 450/450 MB/S sustained R/W, w/0 Secure Erase, Mil 801F, 9.5mm height, Locked BOM, Custom LMCO Firmware & Packaging, FW 03.N1694 Quantity: 20 (each) The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. Offerors shall quote new condition items, including delivery costs, for CLIN 0001.� All quotes shall be accompanied by complete technical specifications demonstrating that the products meet all Government minimum requirements. F.O.B. In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government's unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more.� The Government's preferred payment method is via credit card.� If UID applies, payment will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).� Additional terms and conditions: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. The Government has determined that there is an exception to Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Section 508 requirements.� This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
