Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 will be used. The solicitation number is 48061. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325414 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Offerors are to provide a quote for the following items: 1. Stemcell Technologies Catalog # 06010, IntestiCult OGM Human, Quantity: 111 2. Freight (as applicable) Brand name/exact match to the items above is required. This media is a complete cell culture medium validated for efficient establishment and long-term maintenance of adult intestinal stem cells derived from human intestinal crypts. No alternative media is available on the market. Delivery terms are FOB Destination no later than August 4, 2020. Place of delivery: CDC DISTRIBUTION CENTER (Warehouse) 3719 NORTH PEACHTREE RD. CHAMBLEE, GA 30341-2221 Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery terms.
