Description
Under 8(a) competition, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, 700 Robbins Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19111 intends to solicit for the following services on behalf of the Center for Information Warfare Training: information technology training services, in particular, Microsoft Official Academic Curriculum (MOAC)/Microsoft Official Courseware (MOC), Cisco Networking Academy Information Technology Essentials (ITE), and Cisco Introduction to Networks and Cisco Routing and Switching Essentials (CCNA-1 and 2) instruction in the IT training continuum COI known as the Information Systems Technician A-School and Information Systems Technician System Administrator C-School. The resultant contract will be priced per course segment; applicable course segments include IT Essentials, CCNA-1, Windows 10, CCNA � 2, Active Directory/742, Windows Server/741, Windows Server/740, Exchange Server/662, and Security +. Locations of performance include Corry Station, Pensacola, FL; Virginia Beach, VA; San Diego, CA; and Groton, CT. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15 and FAR Subpart 19.8. The award of a single, firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is anticipated, to include a five-year ordering period. The acquisition being offered for competition is limited to eligible to 8(a) participants. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. Interested 8(a) participants should request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program. Such requests may be made via email to Rebecca Grimm. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N0018920RZ106. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System [NAICS] code is 611420, which has a small business size standard of $12 Million. The ordering period of the resultant contract is anticipated to begin on 1 October 2020. The anticipated award date is 1 September 2020. FOB Destination applies. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the contract, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award.
