Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A2320Q0311 herein cited as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The items will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-06. This acquisition is open to all business sizes. NAICS Code: 332410. In accordance with DIAR 1452.210-70 and FAR 52.211-6, the items in this solicitation are identified as brand name or equal, parts must be compatible with the gas convection steamer. Please see the attached Statement of work The Bureau of Indian Affairs, intends to purchase the following: The contractor shall provide service consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment supervision and incidentals necessary to remove and replacement of ADA Automatic handicap door OPENER (2) each at Sanostee Day School, located off Highway 491 South and Navajo Route 34; Sanostee, New Mexico. : 1. Materials 1 Job $ ___________ 2. Labor 1 Job $ ______________ 3. All Applicable Taxes $__________ TOTAL $ _____________ Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. L.108-77, 108-78).
