This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Further details will be released upon issue of RFP# N66604-20-R-8510, which is anticipated to be on or about 30 July 2020. The closing date for receipt of proposal will be established in the RFP. Information or inquiries should be submitted via email to the following point of contact: Ashley Zannikos at Ashley.Zannikos@navy.mil.
