Description

Solicitation Number: W912P520Q0042 Synopsis: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Nashville District, Contracting Division, intends to award under a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available ( e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization) to Radian Inc. The contractor shall provide a Radian WECO RW-31X Portable Three-Phase Meter Site Analyzer The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334515. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or a solicitation of offers. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
